Via dei Brentatori involves walking approximately 50 km over 2–3 days; before leaving it is therefore essential to make sure you are well-equipped and, above all, prepared. For this reason, training, packing, and trip planning should not be overlooked.

RECOMMENDATIONS

  • train several times and over consecutive days to test your endurance
  • check the facilities available in each area and book your sleeping arrangements
